Located at 2120 Dugald Road, Transcona Golf Club was first established in 1931, and then incorporated in 1982. The golf course itself, has grown and developed into what many consider to be, the most challenging 18 hole, par 71, golf course in Manitoba. Truly a golfers golf course, Transcona offers the player 6000 plus yards of imaginative, creative, and enjoyable golf. In the last two years alone, Transcona Golf Club has hosted The Manitoba Junior Championship, The Mid Amateur Championship, and twice hosted the Jazz Open Professional and Amateur Tournament.

The Transcona greens are know to be, amongst the finest in the city. The fairways are well groomed, the traps are plentiful, and there is water on 14 of the 18 holes. The course has it all; straightaway and dogleg fairways, tough par three's, flat and domed greens, a variety of hazards, and the best finishing hole in the Province. Transcona is a true test of ones abilities, while at the same time, offering the aesthetic beauty and features of the more exclusive and expensive courses.
